Job summary

At M&G, the Workplace Solutions team seeks a Project Manager to deliver office fit-outs, relocations and refurbishments across the UK. You will manage projects from initiation to close-out, coordinating stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will develop robust project plans, governance, and reporting, ensuring H&S compliance and smooth business readiness to embed new working environments and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace, facilities or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and governance capabilities.
• Experience handling multiple projects, stakeholders and external delivery partners.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting awareness.
• Understanding of health & safety, governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of workplace and property projects, including fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments, moves and changes.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from concept and planning through to implementation and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, governance documentation and reporting.
• Ensure projects comply with health & safety, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business readiness, operational transition and colleague adoption to embed new workplaces.
