Job summary

M&G plc is hiring a Workplace Solutions Project Manager in Reading to deliver office fit-outs, relocations and refurbishment projects across the UK portfolio. You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, track budgets and ensure governance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace, facilities, property or corporate real estate projects.
• Strong project management capability including planning, scheduling and governance.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
• Commercial awareness including budget reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to manage risks, issues and change controls effectively.
• Knowledge of workplace relocations, fit-outs, refurbishments or transformations.
• Understanding of governance and organisational control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of workplace and property projects, including fit-outs, relocations and refurbishments.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and governance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with change governance and reporting standards.
• Coordinate colleagues, business teams, suppliers and contractors to deliver outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements and ensure effective decision-making.
• Support business readiness and operational transition to embed new workplaces.
