This role involves producing and enhancing reporting across Productivity, IAM, Hardware, and Collaboration services. Qualifications

• Strong analytical background with experience in service reporting or IT performance analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance packs with clear narrative and recommendations.
• Act as the central point of contact for Workplace Technology reporting.
