Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking a Modern Workplace and Applications Technical Analyst to provide L2/3 support across M365 and applications, ensuring optimal colleague IT experience. Responsibilities include resolving application issues, maintaining compliance, and managing project delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge in Modern Workplace, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varied tasks. Note: on-call support is estimated to be one week in five.

Qualifications

• Experience in Modern Workplace/EUC environments.
• Proficiency in resolving application issues and ensuring compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support and resolve application issues.
