Job summary

Boden Group is recruiting a Workplace Scheduler to coordinate engineering and maintenance activity at a prestigious financial services building in London. The role ensures PPM and reactive works are scheduled efficiently and that compliance is maintained, while coordinating resources around the building's operational needs.

Based in a central London site, you will join an on-site facilities and engineering team, working Monday to Friday to maintain high service levels and responsive maintenance

Qualifications

  • Experience scheduling within FM or building services.
  • Understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of how building services impact operations.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Job description

Are you an experienced Workplace Scheduler with a good understanding of Facilities Management and building maintenance? We re recruiting for a Workplace Scheduler to coordinate engineering and maintenance activity at a prestigious financial services building in London.

Sitting at the heart of service delivery, you ll ensure PPM and reactive works are scheduled effectively, compliance is maintained and engineering resources are coordinated around the operational needs of the building.

The Role

As the Workplace Scheduler, you will:

  • Coordinate PPM, reactive maintenance and engineering schedules.
  • Prioritise works based on operational and critical building requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are planned efficiently and completed on time.
  • Monitor schedules to support compliance and service performance.
  • Coordinate with engineers and the wider facilities team.
  • Communicate changes, priorities and requirements to key stakeholders.
About You

To be successful as the Workplace Scheduler, you ll have:

  • Previous scheduling, planning or coordination experience within FM or building services.
  • A good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of how building services and maintenance activities impact operations.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Confidence working within a fast-paced, service-led environment.

You don't need to be an engineer, but you'll need enough technical understanding of building maintenance to effectively prioritise and coordinate works.
