Savanta is seeking a Workplace and Learning Coordinator to shape how our UK team works, learns and connects from our London office. You’ll be the consistent face of the office, handling operations, onboarding and development with a people-first approach.

You will coordinate events, manage learning platforms, support candidate onboarding, and collaborate with marketing on communications. A proactive, calm organiser will thrive here in a collaborative culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting day-to-day office operations.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and able to juggle priorities.

Aufgaben

• Workplace experience: shape a welcoming, functioning office with team moments and care for space.
• Office operations: manage stock, catering, bookings, facilities and AV liaison.
• Events and socials: support company meetings and wellbeing initiatives, organise socials.
• Recruitment and onboarding: coordinate interviews, manage communications, welcome new starters.
