Savanta is seeking a Workplace and Learning Coordinator to enhance how our UK team works, learns, and connects. This hands-on role sits in London and oversees office operations, onboarding, learning, and employee experience across the business.

You will shape a welcoming office culture, manage events, coordinate training, and support global onboarding. The role requires strong organisation, relationship-building, and a proactive, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• Office experience coordinating day-to-day operations and onboarding.
• Experience in events, learning or employee experience is a plus.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with calm demeanor.
• Willingness to work in office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Shaping a welcoming office environment and coordinating team moments.
• Managing office operations: stock, catering, bookings, facilities, AV, safety records.
• Supporting events, socials and Culture Champion programmes.
• Coordinating candidate interviews and onboarding with smooth processes.
• Organising training end-to-end and tracking attendance.
• Maintaining intranet updates and supporting internal communications.
