Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Community Host to enhance staff engagement and productivity through proactive workplace experiences. You will be an experience curator, delivering personalized care and ensuring a welcoming office.

You will be the primary interface between employees and operations, handle inquiries, and support events and wellbeing initiatives. Fluent English, hospitality background, and excellent communication are preferred; on-site role with daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience in hospitality/co-working environments.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Proactive premises inspections and floor walks to keep areas clean and ready for use.
• Raise work orders and provide frequent status updates to users; address issues.
• Be the main point of contact for general enquiries, escalations and feedback.
• Host engagement activities and support wellbeing events for staff.
