Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Workplace AI & Agentic Transformation Engineer in the UK. You will shape AI-enabled workplace experiences using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform across SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise content systems.

You’ll work with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, blending consulting, design, and engineering expertise. You’ll join the Content Services Practice and collaborate with data, AI, and digital workplace teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, automation, workplace transformation, or business applications projects.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise applications, workflow solutions, or intelligent workplace experiences using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience working with Azure services and modern integration approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and collaboration using modern workplace technologies.
• Lead workshops to understand current processes and drive workplace transformation.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
• Integrate enterprise content with business applications and line-of-business systems.
• Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI considerations are embedded.
