Job summary

Harper Construction Recruitment is seeking a Working SSSTS Supervisor to oversee a live project at Saul Junction. You will supervise day-to-day site operations and work alongside the existing crew on the installation of a new footbridge and groundworks on the spillway.

Start date is this Friday, 31st July, with an expected duration of 3-4 weeks. You must hold a valid SSSTS and First Aid at Work, bring leadership to the team, and ensure works meet safety standards and project requirements on site.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS qualification.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
• Experience as a working site supervisor on civil engineering or groundwork projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.
• Ability to lead a team while actively contributing to the works.

Responsibilities

• Complete a full handover with the current working supervisor.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on where required.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation and site procedures.
