Job summary

HS2 Ltd. is seeking experienced Earthworks Supervisors to join our civil engineering team. The role involves supervising day-to-day earthworks on-site, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety.

• Proven experience supervising large-scale earthworks or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations, muck shift, drainage, and site logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and work to programme.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid SSSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work
• EUSR (preferred)
