Job summary

HS2 Ltd. is seeking experienced Earthworks Supervisors to join our growing civil engineering team. The role involves supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating plant operators and subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will lead site teams, ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with RAMS, company procedures and current legislation. A strong safety culture and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising large-scale earthworks or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, cut and fill operations, muck shift, drainage and site logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and work to programme.
• Full UK Driving Licence, SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work; EUSR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all earthworks activities on site.

We are looking for a number of experienced and motivated Earthworks Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks who takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, leading site teams, and ensuring work is completed on time with the highest consideration for Health & Safety.
