Job summary

Corrie Recruitment is seeking a Working Supervisor for a civil site in Dundonnell, Scotland. This ongoing role starts ASAP, with an 11-on/3-off rotation and long daily hours, including travel, plus accommodation provided.

You will supervise and coordinate the site team, read drawings and RAMS, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and work hands-on with civil works. A UK Driving Licence and CSCS Supervisor Card are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Working Supervisor / Civils Supervisor or Ganger.
• Strong civil engineering and groundworks experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Supervisor Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate labour, plant and materials effectively.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Read and work from construction drawings and RAMS.

Job description

Working Supervisor

Location: Dundonnell

Duration: Ongoing

Start: ASAP

Hours: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation. Monday to Friday - 13 hours per day available (including travel). Saturday - 7:00am until 4:30pm. Sunday - 8:00am until 3:00pm.

4 Weeks left of Nightshift

Rates: Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Working Supervisor / Civils Supervisor / Ganger role.


• Strong civil engineering and groundworks experience.


• Experience supervising and working alongside site teams.


• Good understanding of health & safety.


• Ability to read and understand drawings.


• SSSTS or SMSTS.


• CSCS Supervisor Card.


• Good communication and organisational skills.


• Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team.


• Full UK Driving Licence essential
