Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Civils Supervisor/Working Foreman for a 12-week project in Oxfordshire. This dayshift role is based on-site and requires hands‑on leadership to deliver works safely and to high standards.

You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensure drawings and specs are followed, manage programmes, and contribute to planning with a proactive, on‑the‑ground approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Civils Supervisor or Working Foreman.
• Experience in ducting, groundworks, RC frame / reinforced concrete.
• SMSTS and CSCS required.
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining high health & safety standards on-site.
• Supporting site management with planning and delivery.
• Hands-on involvement where required (working foreman capacity).
• Monitoring progress and reporting updates.

Civils Supervisor / Foreman (Days)

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Rate: £300 - £350/day

Duration: 12 weeks

Shifts: 7:00am 7:00pm, 7 days/week

360 Recruitment is currently working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman to support a project in Oxfordshire.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who can both lead from the front and get involved on‑site when needed.

The Role

You ll be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You ll play a key part in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping programmes on track.
