Job summary

Delta Personnel is looking for an experienced Working Supervisor for Environment Agency works in Gosshill, Chislehurst. This hands-on role will supervise a small site team while actively participating in works such as hand excavation, concrete footpaths, formwork and casting concrete pads.

Training for Medium Risk Confined Space or First Aid can be arranged before start, subject to courses. Key requirements include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, with hours 08:00 to 16:30 and 8 paid hours per day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Strong focus on health and safety management on site.
• Ability to manage day-to-day site operations and supervise a small team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain H&S on site and ensure compliance.
• Carry out hand excavation, concrete footpath, formwork and casting tasks.

For suitable candidates who don't currently hold Medium Risk Confined Space or First Aid, the client may be able to arrange the required training prior to starting, subject to course availability.

• Hours: 08:00 to 16:30
• Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
