Mitie is seeking a Working Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across multiple client sites. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with a shift pattern of 13:00-19:00, Monday to Friday, based at Essex County Council, County Hall, Chelmsford.

The position emphasizes delivering high service standards, meeting SLAs, and maintaining Health & Safety protocols. You will recruit, train and develop staff, supervise daily cleaning tasks, and manage stock and uniforms while reporting to the line
