Recruitment Services UK are seeking a competent site supervisor for Aberdeen multi-storey building works on a PAYE basis, with SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage a small site team of up to 6 operatives, run inductions, ensure RAMS sign-off, lead toolbox talks, and coordinate cradle moves with our internal cradle access division while handling weekly labour, plant and material returns to the office.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience supervising up to 6 operatives on site.
• Comfort with working at height.

Working Site Supervisor - Aberdeen

Our Client are seeking for a competent site supervisor, SSSTS or SMSTS qualified to work on multi storey buildings on a PAYE basis.

The works include the repair of high rise buildings from cradle access systems so the ideal candidate will ideally have a head for heights.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will manage a small site based team, experience of managing up to 6 operatives is essential. The role will also include operative and visitor inductions, ensuring operatives are signed onto RAMS, tool box talks as necessary, coordinating cradle moves with our internal cradle access division, filing of weekly paperwork including labour, plant and material returns to the office.

All necessary training and safety equipment will be provided for working on the cradle systems.
