Job summary

Recruitment Services UK are seeking a competent site supervisor for Aberdeen multi-storey building works on a PAYE basis, with SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage a small site team of up to 6 operatives, run inductions, ensure RAMS sign-off, lead toolbox talks, and coordinate cradle moves with our internal cradle access division while handling weekly labour, plant and material returns to the office.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
• Experience supervising up to 6 operatives on site.
• Comfort with working at height.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small site-based team and inductions.
• Sign RAMS and run toolbox talks as required.
• Coordinate cradle moves and complete weekly paperwork.
