Job summary

Asper Recruitment partners with a Dundee-based specialist architectural metalwork contractor to recruit a hands-on Site Supervisor. You will lead on-site installation teams for balustrades, handrails, staircases and feature metalwork, ensuring setting out, QA and architectural finish to exacting standards.

The role demands time-served metalwork experience, CSCS Manager, SMSTS/SSSTS, IPAF/PASMA, First Aid and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Time-served architectural metalwork background required.
• Proven site supervision experience on high-end projects.
• Experience leading installation teams on balustrades and metalwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–8 person installation teams on site, installing balustrades, handrails and staircases.
• Oversee setting out, QA checks and ensure architectural finish to spec.
• Liaise with main contractor, manage toolbox talks and risk controls.

SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

My client are a specialist architectural metalwork contractor based in Dundee.

Seeking experienced Working Site Supervisor to lead installation teams.

Hands-on role - you work on the tools AND lead the squad.

Role

Lead 2-8 man teams installing balustrades, handrails, staircases, feature metalwork, secondary steel Setting out, QA, architectural finish - mill to mirror HSEQ - RAMS, toolbox talks, permits Liaison with main contractor

Essential Tickets

• CSCS Black Card (Manager) or Gold Supervisor Card SMSTS / SSSTS (SMSTS preferred) IPAF 3a & 3b, PASMA, First Aid Full UK Driving Licence Slinger / Banksman advantageous
