NW Recruitment Services Ltd, in partnership with a well-established joinery and commercial interior fit-out manufacturer, seeks an experienced Working Site Foreman in the Northwest with national travel.
You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and work hands-on on projects typically 6–8 weeks away. Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are working exclusively in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturer and supplier specialising in bespoke joinery and commercial interior fit-out solutions.
Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Working Site Foreman to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site professional with a strong background in joinery, interior fit-outs, and site supervision to take ownership of projects (Northwest focus primarily, ad hoc national works).
As a Working Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of workmanship. This is a hands‑on role that combines site supervision with practical involvement, requiring candidates to lead by example while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines.
The role will involve travel and working away from home depending on project requirements, typically for periods of 6 – 8 weeks at a time, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available depending on project requirements and may (infrequently) include weekend and night work where necessary.
