Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Working Foreman / Working Site Supervisor to join a growing Kent-based contractor delivering education sector projects. You will oversee daily site operations from groundworks through to handover, supervise trades, coordinate subcontractors and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
This role requires hands-on leadership with a strong focus on programme delivery, site discipline and communication with stakeholders.

Our client is a growing and well-established main contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £4 million, delivering high-quality new build construction projects across the South East.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to recruit an experienced Working Foreman / Working Site Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to be involved in projects from groundworks through to completion.
The company delivers predominantly education sector projects, making quality, safety and professionalism key priorities throughout project delivery.
The Working Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations while remaining actively involved in site activities where required.
This is a genuine hands-on management role, requiring someone who is comfortable supervising trades, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme activities and contributing on the tools when needed.
The successful candidate must have experience delivering new build projects from start to finish.

Initially based on a project in Ashford, Kent, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress onto future projects across the South East, with potential permanent opportunities available on schemes in locations including Stanmore and Harlow.
