The role combines site leadership with hands-on carpentry to deliver prestigious homes, based initially on a luxury development in the Woking area and expanding across Surrey.

The ideal candidate has proven foreman experience, a strong joinery background, excellent leadership, and the ability to read construction drawings while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Working Foreman in construction with hands-on leadership.
• Strong joinery and carpentry background required.
• Experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site.
• Carrying out high-quality carpentry and joinery work where required.
• Managing daily site operations to ensure programmes are met.

Working Foreman - High-End Residential Joinery & Carpentry

Location: Woking, Surrey (with ongoing projects across the surrounding area)

An established and highly regarded bespoke interiors and construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Working Foreman to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with a strong joinery and carpentry background to oversee the delivery of prestigious high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will initially be based on a luxury residential development in the Woking area, before moving onto future projects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.

The Role:

As a Working Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of site activities while remaining hands-on when required. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards expected on high-end residential projects.
