Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead and work hands-on on high-end residential projects in Rugby, with occasional travel to Droitwich.

You will oversee trades and subcontractors on site, ensure high-quality finishes, maintain health and safety, and coordinate day-to-day site activities; travel to Droitwich will be required as needed. This is a long-term opportunity with a hands-on leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman.
• High-end residential experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works.
