Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and work hands-on across high-end residential properties in Rugby with occasional travel to Droitwich.

The role involves managing trades on site, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring high-quality finishes while maintaining strict health and safety standards. A relevant forward-leaning candidate with SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman.
• High-end residential experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
