Job summary

Solent Construction Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager for high-end extensions, refurbishments and new builds along the A3 corridor. The role is hands-on with overall responsibility for running the site and delivering quality results on multiple projects.

You will be self-employed and cover several residential sites, coordinating trades, materials and labour while maintaining excellent client communication and site safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running residential sites to high finish quality.
• Carpentry background is a plus but not essential.
• Organised, calm under pressure and takes pride in high finish work.

WORKING FOREMAN / SITE MANAGER

High end extensions, refurbs and new builds. A3 corridor.

A small, well respected contractor is looking for a self employed working foreman or site manager to look after their projects up and down the A3 corridor.

The work is quality residential: high end extensions, refurbishments and new builds for clients who care about the finish. It's a small team, so everyone on site matters and everyone mucks in. You'll be hands on, but you'll also run the job.

What the job involves

• Taking a site from start to finish
• Ordering materials and keeping the job supplied
• Managing the site labour
• Dealing with clients, so you'll need to be personable and professional

Who we're after

• Proven experience running sites at this level
