Job summary

Run Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Working Foreman/Supervisor for a live site near Hastings, East Sussex, with work extending into 2027. You will lead a small gang of 2-3 operatives, oversee day-to-day civils tasks and coordinate M&E support.

The role requires SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS and/or CPCS plant tickets, and ideally a civil/mechanical engineering background. You will conduct daily briefings, plan materials, and carry out manual tasks as needed on site.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• CSCS and/or CPCS plant tickets
• EUSR clean water (arrangeable)
• Background in civil or mechanical engineering is considered

Working Foreman/Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Working Supervisor to support a live site in East Sussex, offering the potential for work into 2027. The initial works are involving the installation of Eel screens as part of a Southern Water programme of works.

This role will suit a candidate that is happy lead a small gang of 2-3 operatives with day to day civils work including ground preparation and concrete packages, installing new stairways and civils infrastructure to support the required M & E controls.

You will be required to oversee a small gang and carry out some aspects of the work too.

A background in civil engineering or mechanical engineering would be considered for the role.

• Daily briefings, tool box talks and safety briefings
• Co ordination of plant and materials
• Carrying out manual tasks as required

To be considered applicants must have SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS and/or CPCS plant tickets, EUSR clean water also required but can be arranged.
