Job summary

Fusion People is recruiting a Civils Supervisor for a large civils project in Brede, East Sussex. The role involves supervising gangs of civils operatives on a live water treatment works site, coordinating with management, and working alongside groundworkers and plant operatives.

You will ensure strict health and safety on site, and holding relevant tickets (SSSTS/SMSTS, CPCS/NPORS) is required. Heavy industrial experience is essential; EUSR water hygiene card is preferred.

Civils Supervisor

Start date - Monday 28th September 2026

£300 per day CIS, £225 per day PAYE

Brede, East Sussex

We are working on a large civils project in Brede, and we are looking for a ganger/ working supervisor to join the existing site team. The project is a live water treatment works so all applicants will require heavy industrial experience. Any plant tickets held are beneficial as there are numerous machines on site. An EUSR water hygiene card is required however; we do have online courses available.

As a supervisor your duties will involve.

• Supervising gangs of civils operatives
• Liaising with management team
• Working alongside groundworkers and plant operatives
• Ensuring H&S is strictly maintained
• Any other associated duties

You must Have

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
