Job summary

Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Workforce Information Trainee Analyst to join the Workforce Information & Planning team. You will gain hands-on experience in data, reporting and business intelligence within the NHS setting.

You will work with experienced analysts to deliver routine and ad hoc workforce reporting, learn to automate processes and produce clear visual dashboards for managers and senior leaders across trust sites.

Qualifications

• Educated to Diploma level or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to workforce FOI requests and monitor team inboxes.
• Deliver training on dashboards and provide user support.
• Produce workforce reports and analytics for managers and leaders.
• Identify data quality issues and support improvement actions.
• Develop knowledge of workforce systems and BI tools.
