Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for workflow and development solutions.
• Investigate and resolve incidents with excellent communication.
• Manage business‑critical Priority 1 incidents.
• Produce root cause analysis reports and recommend improvements.
• Support and enhance deployed solutions with the Digital Services team.
• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and best practice guides.
• Build relationships with customers and technology partners.
