Job summary

Apogee, a subsidiary of HP Inc., is seeking a Workflow & Development Technician to join our Professional Services team in the UK. You will blend technical troubleshooting, development tasks and customer support to improve how our clients use workflow and document management solutions.

In this role you will handle incidents, produce root cause analyses, create knowledge articles and work closely with our Digital Services team. A hybrid pattern with some home working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for workflow and development solutions used by customers and internal teams
• Investigating and resolving incidents, ensuring excellent communication throughout
• Managing business-critical Priority 1 incidents and coordinating responses
• Producing root cause analysis reports and recommending improvements
• Working closely with our Digital Services team to support and enhance deployed solutions
• Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve customer outcomes
• Contributing to knowledge articles, documentation and best practice guides
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and technology partners
