Key skill requirements include:

1. Technical support for Workday Integrations, requiring programming skills for developing integrations with third-party systems.
2. Experience with integrations for UK Payroll and proficiency in Workday Studio to support creation and maintenance of integrations.
3. Proficiency in developing Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs.
4. Knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Payroll.
