Workday Support Developer | Contract (Inside IR35) | Edinburgh (Mostly Remote)

Synechron is seeking a Workday Support Developer for technical support within Workday integrations to work on a backlog for various projects in the UK.

Key skill requirements include:

• Providing technical support for Workday Integrations, requiring programming skills for development within integrations to third parties, involving data exchange with over a hundred different third-party systems.
• Experience with integrations for UK Payroll and proficiency with Workday Studio to assist in creating and maintaining integrations from Workday.
• Proficiency in developing Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs. Studio experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Payroll.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex ideas to individuals with varying levels of expertise across the organization.

The successful candidate may report to the Edinburgh office occasionally, but the role is primarily remote.
