Synechron is seeking a Workday Support Developer for technical support within Workday integrations, to work on a backlog across various projects in the UK.

Key skill requirements include:

• Technical support for Workday Integrations, requiring programming skills for development within integrations to third-party systems, involving data exchange with over a hundred different third-party systems.
• Experience with integrations for UK Payroll and proficiency with Workday Studio to support development and maintenance of integrations from Workday.
• Proficiency in developing Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, with Studio experience being essential.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Payroll.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise.

The successful candidate should be able to report to the Edinburgh office occasionally, though the role is primarily remote.
