What You Can Expect As a Workday Support Analyst

• Salary up to £55,000 based on experience
• Permanent position
• Remote working, with occasional travel

As a Workday Support Analyst, you will partner with key Centres of Excellence—like HR, Recruitment, or Finance—to deliver scalable Workday solutions. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing projects from start to finish, and handling complex support queries collaboratively to find optimal outcomes.

Some of Your Daily Responsibilities

• Lead Workday system projects with HR, Financial, and Technology teams, including system upgrades, enhancements, and process redesign.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and related business processes, especially in Human Resources, Accounting, or Financials.
• Conduct and facilitate complex Workday HCM system testing, identify discrepancies, and develop remediation plans.
• Instruct HR and Financial teams, including leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc technology requests.
• Provide best practice guidance for efficiency and compliance.
• Apply project management best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2+ years of business experience, including in Workday and business analysis, within a publicly traded company preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday functional areas.
• Strong knowledge in a specific skill set or business area.
• Ability to focus on daily execution and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
