My London-based client is currently looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their support team in assisting them with their deployment of Workday.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday.
  2. Collaborate with the global HRIS team to prioritize and execute Workday fixes.
  3. Support automation and process improvements across all HR systems.
  4. Manipulate complex data using tools such as spreadsheets and EIBs.
  5. Assist with system changes and upgrades.
  6. Ensure Workday integration with key business systems.
  7. Provide training and support for stakeholders.
Requirements

Strong understanding of Workday configuration within HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Learning).

Experience supporting Workday environments, leading junior team members with configuration challenges.

Involvement in a Workday support environment is essential.

This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence once a week.

Must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.
