Position Overview:

The Corporate Technology team manages the IT requirements of the corporate functions within Squarepoint. We work with Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment & Talent, and other corporate teams to review current and proposed processes and provide design solutions, as well as test, implement, and provide post-production support for any implemented changes. We also get involved in onboarding third-party applications and work with technical core teams to build custom in-house solutions.

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to assist with testing activities across Workday systems and integrated platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Financials, HCM, Integrations, Workday Tax, Accounts Payable, and Procurement modules. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing test plans, strategies, and schedules for Workday implementations and updates, including new releases.
• Conducting functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Workday modules.
• Performing Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments, and performance testing for Workday Financials.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking issues/defects, working closely with development teams to ensure resolution.
• Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for comprehensive end-to-end testing.
• Automating testing processes where possible and providing detailed reports on test outcomes.
• Suggesting improvements to test processes, documentation, and methodologies.
• Managing full end-to-end testing of the Workday system and integrations.
• Managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday functional areas (Finance and HCM), including full lifecycle integration.
• Strong defect management and coordination skills under challenging situations.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and executed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly.
• Proactive, assertive, quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities to motivate teams and recognize talent.
• Expertise in Test Transformation, Automation, Performance Testing, and Quality Assurance.
