Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Workday Technical Systems Lead to maintain and evolve our Workday integration ecosystem across HR and Finance, reporting to the Digital Transformation Lead. This hands-on leadership role combines technical delivery with architecture, security, reporting and service governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering and supporting Workday technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, IIB, Report Writer, iLoad).
• Experience with web services and APIs (SOAP/REST), XML and Java.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Workday integration ecosystem across HR/Finance.
• Design, develop and govern integrations between Workday and enterprise systems.
• Ensure secure, reliable data exchange and compliance across the platform.
• Lead technical delivery with architecture, security, and service management responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on integration requirements.
