Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Workday Technical Systems Lead to maintain and evolve our Workday integration ecosystem across HR and Finance. You will lead technical delivery, architecture, security and governance, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity between Workday and our enterprise landscape.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep Workday expertise, with responsibility for design, development, testing and deployment activities across Workday releases and platform changes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Workday technical solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, II Builder).
• Experience with ETL processes and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong security governance and data protection.
• Proven technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Workday architecture and roadmap.
• Design and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Lead security, governance and compliance across the Workday platform.
• Develop and optimise Workday reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on delivery requirements.
• Oversee deployment and release activity for Workday and related platforms.
