Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Workday HCM Systems Analyst to join the Back Office Platforms team. You will configure, integrate and optimise Workday HCM, with a focus on Workday Recruiting, collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT to keep Workday fit for purpose and well-integrated.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data quality and meaningful reporting, supporting releases and security controls, and driving user adoption across a growing global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, configuring or optimizing Workday HCM
• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing or deployments
• Understanding of HR processes, data quality, reporting and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships with HR, IT and business stakeholders
• User-focused approach to improve processes and usability
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday-related projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Translate business requirements into practical Workday HCM solutions that align with the wider roadmap
• Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes within Workday and maximise value
• Support configuration and optimisation of Workday Recruiting and related HCM functionality
• Contribute to Workday release management including testing and feature assessment
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders and technical teams
• Ensure Workday reporting is accurate, reliable and aligned with business needs
• Maintain data quality through validation, controls and ownership
• Support training and user adoption across the organisation
• Document processes, workflows and system changes
• Review and improve business processes across the Workday environment
• Support system security controls and governance
• Contribute to broader HR technology initiatives
• Support back office platforms team with cross-functional solutions
