Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday/HR system transformations.
• Strong track record in cutover planning and go-live management.
• Data migration, UAT, dress rehearsals and production readiness experience.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and blockers in a structured governance environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, vendors and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation planning for a Workday/HR systems transformation.
• Create and manage detailed cutover plans, runbooks and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate data migration activity, validation, dress rehearsals and go-live readiness.
• Work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors and service teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and blockers across delivery workstreams.
• Support release management, environment readiness and change governance.
• Coordinate business readiness, communications, adoption activity and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure service desk/BAU teams are ready to support the platform post go-live.
• Manage hypercare activity following implementation.
• Drive clear reporting, escalation and delivery governance throughout the programme.
