Job summary

Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking a Transformation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive the integration of acquired businesses onto the Workday platform. You will lead HR, finance and business system transformations, coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve scalable operating models.

You will collaborate with the COO and other leaders to shape the firm’s growth, manage risks, and ensure successful deployment, data quality and governance

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering ERP, HR, Finance or business systems transformation projects.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programmes from planning through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including business analysts and technical leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of acquired businesses onto Bishop Fleming’s Workday platform.
• Oversee data migration, testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
• Align people, processes and data to scalable operating model.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive progress across workstreams.
• Governance, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
