Job summary

Parkside Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Lead to join a growing consultancy team delivering large-scale finance transformation and ERP programmes across the UK.

Based in West London with hybrid working, you will lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations, engage senior finance stakeholders, optimise processes, configure modules, and support testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification desirable.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday Financials.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Strong understanding of the Workday Financial Data Model.
• Experience with Asset and Accounting Configuration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Workday Financials solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business and finance stakeholders.
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into effective Workday solutions.
• Produce high-quality functional specifications, process documentation and solution designs.
• Configure and support core Workday Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects & Grants.
• Support data migration, integrations and system testing activities.
• Lead and support SIT, UAT and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Finance Directors, Controllers and CFO teams.
• Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement activities.
