Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking a experienced Workday HRIS Manager to shape the HR technology roadmap, optimize the Workday platform, and lead a small team working with senior HR and business stakeholders across a global organisation.

You will own the HRIS landscape, drive projects, enhancements and integrations while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Collaborative leadership and strong stakeholder management are essential for success in this global role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Workday HRIS in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, Workday configuration and integrations.
• Experience leading HR technology projects and process improvement.

UK Based | Remote/Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £90,000

We're partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced Workday HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, optimisation and ongoing development of their Workday platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the HR technology roadmap, drive system improvements and lead a small team while partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders across a global organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Own and enhance the Workday HRIS landscape, ensuring it supports business and HR objectives.
• Lead HR technology projects, system enhancements, integrations and automation initiatives.
• Manage an HRIS team and external partners.
• Drive data integrity, reporting, security and compliance (including SOX).
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and system performance.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience working with Workday HRIS in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, Workday configuration and integrations.
• Experience leading HR technology projects and driving process improvement.
• Knowledge of HR data, reporting, governance and security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus + benefits

Location: Remote or Hybrid within the UK (occasional travel required)
