Darktrace in London and Cambridge is seeking a Workday HCM Systems Analyst to join the Back Office Platforms team. You will configure, integrate and optimise Workday HCM with a focus on Recruiting, working with HR stakeholders and IT to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and high-quality data.

The role involves delivering projects within budgets, enhancing processes, and supporting release management and security controls across Workday integrations.

Learn Fast **Job D****escription****:** ## **The role** We are looking for a **Workday HCM Systems Analyst** to join our Back Office Platforms team.You will be part of our Functional Specialist team, responsible for the configuration, integration and continuous optimisation of Workday HCM, with a primary focus on **Workday Recruiting**.Working closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders and technical IT teams, you will help ensure Workday remains fit for purpose, integrates effectively with our wider technology landscape and continues to meet evolving business requirements.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining Workday expertise with stakeholder partnership, process improvement and problem-solving.
