Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Workday HCM Systems Analyst to join our Back Office Platforms team in Cambridge. You will configure, integrate and optimise Workday HCM with a focus on Workday Recruiting, partnering with HR stakeholders and IT to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will translate business requirements into practical system changes, manage releases, and help improve data quality and reporting. A strong collaborator with excellent communication and problem-solving skills will thrive in

Qualifications

• Experience configuring or optimising Workday HCM and Recruiting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system solutions.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing and deployments.
• Understanding HR data quality, reporting and system controls.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday-related projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Translate business requirements into practical Workday HCM solutions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes in Workday.
• Support configuration and optimisation of Workday Recruiting.
• Contribute to Workday release management and testing.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents with high support standards.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure Workday reporting is accurate and aligned with needs.
• Maintain data quality through validation and controls.
• Support training and adoption to meet business expectations.
