Job summary

La Fosse Associates is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a key transformation programme on an initial 6‑month contract in London. The role demands hands-on work across Workday HCM with emphasis on Talent and Recruiting, collaborating with HR, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and optimised functionality.

You will drive configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements, lead workshops, gather requirements and map processes

Qualifications

• Strong Workday HCM domain knowledge required.
• Experience with Talent and Recruiting modules."
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across HR and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM, with a focus on Talent and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement of Workday functionality.
• Lead or support workshops, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Manage functional issues, defects, and change requests through to resolution.
• Coordinate with technical and integration teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support UAT, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Produce clear functional documentation and contribute to governance and reporting.
• Provide advice on Workday best practices and HR process improvements.
