Job summary

La Fosse Associates is seeking a HR Technology Project Consultant – Talent Acquisition for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role is on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, based in Sunbury with an option for 1 day in Canary Wharf.

You will bridge TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating functional needs into technology solutions. Experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects is essential, with familiarity in Workday Recruiting, AI-enabled capabilities and automation

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT-led HR or Talent technology projects.
• Not suitable for individuals with purely functional Talent Acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, AI-enabled capabilities and automation in a product- and squad-based agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Bridge TA stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating functional requirements into technology deliverables.
• Support solution design across Workday, AI and automation.
• Partner with Product Owners and agile squads.
