Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to support a strategic programme expanding Workday to a new region. You will deliver hands-on configuration across Core HCM and Compensation, with Recruitment experience desirable to support future activity.

You will collaborate with the NRF HRIS team and AMS capability to drive build, testing readiness, defect resolution and deployment preparation.

Qualifications

5+ years of Workday configuration experience across Core HCM and Compensation.
Experience in Recruiting is desirable for future configuration/testing.
Ability to work independently within a delivery team.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
Workday Certification or Pro accreditation is desirable.
Experience in global or multi-region environments.
Exposure to professional services or complex organisations.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on configuration and functional expertise across Workday Core HCM and Compensation, supporting rollout to Australia.
Support requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration in Recruiting.
Support tenant build, migration activities, and readiness activities for testing, playback sessions, and deployment milestones.
Contribute to testing activities, including defect management, issue investigation, and deployment preparation.
