Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our Workday Business Group. You will guide clients through HCM, compensation and benefits implementations on cloud platforms and collaborate with a global team.

In this role you will lead workshops, manage workstreams, and travel as needed to support international projects while contributing to innovation and the development of assets and practices that set industry standards.

Qualifications

Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM, (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits, contributing to functional solutions.
Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with area(s) of expertise.
Independently lead your workstream and report on progress
Lead diverse teams and liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday
Support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets
