The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology professionals delivering KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, ensuring professional service to clients. They utilize their functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Coupa) to lead client programs, support pre-sales, and develop enhancements to Powered Enterprise. We are expanding our S&D - Powered Apps team to meet increasing market demand and seek IT management consultants with relevant experience.

What will you be doing?

• Leading client meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
• Providing well-thought-out solutions to moderate complexity problems.
• Managing end-to-end delivery of smaller workstreams, including offshore teams, for Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process changes.
• Leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or processes for successful deployment.
• Developing end-to-end solutions combining industry best practices with product opportunities.

What will you need to do it?

• Workday Core HCM module certification.
• Experience as a consultant in functional and/or technical roles on at least one Workday HR/HCM cloud module implementation.
• Proficiency in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Experience working effectively with client functional teams.
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams for successful module deployment.
• Knowledge of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and industry trends.

Skills and Extras:

• Experience with other Workday HCM packages like Learning, Payroll, Absence, or Talent.
• Workday certifications in additional modules.
• Mentoring experience with graduates or trainees.
